Technical Assistance
Contacting Support Staff
If you have technical questions about your online class, first please refer to the information on this page and the FAQ. If you still have questions, contact Distance Education staff at disted@uoregon.edu or by calling 541-346-4231 or 800-824-2714. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When contacting support staff, it's helpful to:
- Inform support staff that you are a Distance Education student, e-mailing or calling about an online course.
- Have ready your course title, instructor, CRN, and term for staff to troubleshoot.
- Be ready to provide basic information about the computer system you are using, including the operating system and web browser.
