E-mail Accounts
If you are new to the University of Oregon, you can claim your e-mail account by visiting the Duck ID identity management page.
Enter your UO ID number and PAC in ALL UPPERCASE to log in the first time. The first time you log in, you will be asked to create answers for a set of security questions. Answer carefully. If you need to reset your password in the future, you will be asked to answer these questions exactly as you entered them.
If you previously attended the university but have not accessed your UO e-mail account since August of 2007, you may need to speak with the Help Desk at Information Services to reset your password.
